Abstract:

For the government land expropriation has become necessary in order to address the needs of population relating to housing, infrastructure, re-development of urban areas and other development activities in rural areas. This proclamation is about land expropriation; payment of compensation; and resettlement of landholders whose land is expropriated for public purpose in rural and urban centers of the country.

Abstract:
